Welcome to our
7th Annual BBQ Cook-Off
April 19th 20th & 21st 2024
We’re inviting designers/teams/individuals to participate in this year’s BBQ Cook-Off cooker design competition for Autism Charity.
The event is an Utherverse approved charity event
VWW of the day on Saturday, April 20th.
ALL Proceeds go to the charity “OAR” Organization for Autism Research.
Each participant will have access to a vacant zaby with roof access to build their dream BBQ pit/grill/cooker area; This can be team or individual design project.
Each zaby is numbered and linked to a grill at the charity event venue. People can click to visit, see & vote on during the 3 day event.
Only the participant(s) will have access to their designated zaby. A cover charge of 600 rays will be applied to zaby for all visitors except the Designer(s)/Team(s) until participant(s) release design as finished. Then the cover charge will be lifted for ppl to see and vote on.
Visitors can see the designs & vote during the 3 Day event – winner will be announced at the cook-off auction Sunday April 16th and the layouts will be auctioned with ALL Proceeds going to OAR
ALL deco MUST be done by noon Thursday April 18th !!
All designs will be auctioned off during auction as a layout with proceeds to go to the charity and winner of votes will be announced at end of event and win a GREAT Prize package .
Depending on number of sponsors and items donated will determine number of winners announced and prize packages for winners.
