Welcome to the sign-up sheet for the Saddlebags Crew 7th Annual Bikers, Blues, BBQ, Bikinis, n Bunnies , being held on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, April 19th-20th & 21st. This year’s Auction 4 Autism is Dedicated to OAR (Organization for Autism Research).

The event is an Utherverse approved charity event and VWW of the day on Saturday, April 20th.

First off, Saddlebags Crew would like to thank you for any time donated/volunteered for the worthy cause, it is greatly appreciated and our event could not be held without all of us pulling together, so again thank you first and foremost. Secondly, this spreadsheet is to help people sign up for what they can do, and when they can do it.

 Instructions are pretty basic:

  1. Click on the tab/button at the bottom of the forms that you’d like to volunteer for (DJ, Dance Team, Host/Hostess, and Spammer/Greeter)
  2. Once the tab opens the page, the 3 day event is broken down hour by hour (EST TIME), look over the page and in the column next to the time you’d like to volunteer for, please fill in the information
  3. Please DO NOT remove anyone’s name, you may volunteer as much as you’d like over the 3 day event, but we do ask for a MAX – 2hr DJ block at one time, 2hr Dance Team block at one time, 3hr Host/Hostess block at one time. If you’d like to volunteer for more time (which is amazing and super on your part), just pick another time and please add your name again. So if you’d like to offer your services on each day, please do
  4. Please put ALL banner links in appropriate spot on sign-up forms – for help plz  contact  PzDjFreeDKK_SCMC

 

All information on here will be transferred to final spreadsheet that we will make available to everyone closer to the event date. If you have any questions/concerns or issues with signing up on the spreadsheet, please contact PzDjFreeDKK_SCMC.

If you’d like to sign up on the half hour (ex. 3:30pm-5:30pm), please send an email with the time and day you’d like and the information to PzDjFreeDKK_SCMC and it will be added to the sheet.
